Read below for specific cancellation policies based upon the service provided. Generally, if cancellation is required due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, within a non-refundable period, payments may be credited towards future services.
Cancellation Policy

Full payment for all equipment rentals is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation within 48 hours: all payments are fully refundable or as credit for future services.
Cancellation within between 48-24 hours: all payments are fully available as credit for future services.
Cancellation within 24 hours: all payments are non-refundable.

Full payment for all lessons and tours is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation within 72 hours: all payments are fully refundable or as credit for future services.
Cancellation within between 72-48 hours: all payments are fully available as credit for future services.
Cancellation within 48 hours: all payments are non-refundable.

Deposit of 50% total estimated (based on anticipated count of participants) is due upon booking.
Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event (adjustments made for changes in participant count up to 48 hours in advance) and due at that time.
Any cancellations from the date of booking up to 14 days prior to the event are fully refundable.
Cancellation between 14 days and 7 days prior to the event are available for a full credit for future services.
Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours are subject to a 10% rebooking fee and the balance is available for credit for future service.
Cancellation within 48 hours: all deposits / payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation within 60 days: deposits and payments are fully refundable
Cancellation between 30-60 days: all deposits / payments are available for credit for future services.
Cancellation within 30 days: all deposits / payments are non-refundable (unless a suitable replacement is found).
